Who can request a return
You can request a return for an item once it has been delivered, from the order in your account. Only one active return is allowed per item.
What we need from you
Choose a reason, describe the problem and upload at least one photo so our team can review your request.
How a return is decided
- Our team reviews your request and approves or rejects it.
- When a return is approved, a refund is created and processed.
You are notified at each step.
